Firing Up Imagination in the Early Years
Allie Ming and Heather Nichols, Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC), “Firing Up Imagination in the Early Years,” $3,700
This project’s objective is to provide a space and materials for ECEC students, ages 2 to 5, to develop their knowledge as they express their thoughts and feelings, and test and share their ideas through art. This will be an outdoor area designated for art exploration, including clay working, kiln use and a variety of other media. It will provide teachers with another way to differentiate learning for their students. Every student in the ECEC will be able to participate in this project.
